· I offer an initial consultation with no charge and no obligation, so you can discuss what you are looking for; decide whether my coaching style is right for you, and to see if we'd be a good fit working together.
· Individual sessions are £40 and last between 40 minutes and an hour.
· A course of four sessions is discounted at £140.
· No charge for an arranged initial 20 minute consultation.
· When travelling to coach there may be mileage costs / meeting room charge.
· Concessions available for students or coachees seeking employment.
· Missed sessions will generally be charged (unless 48 hours notice is given)
· If I feel coaching isn't quite right for your needs I will give you details of recommended practitioners who would be more suitable.
